What we collect
Reading the site. Standard server logs: IP address, time of request, page requested, browser identifier, referring page. Used to keep the site running and investigate abuse; kept for a limited period.
Submitting a request through a service page. The details of the request itself (subject area, level, deadline, any files or text you provide) and contact information needed to deliver the result and process payment.
Contacting us. Your email address and whatever you include in the message.
How request data is shared
When you submit a request through any /services/ page, the request details are shared with the
partner network that matches it to a vetted subject-matter expert. That is the disclosed handoff described
on every service page and on the about page – we do not share request content with anyone
outside that process, and we do not sell it.
Payment information
Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to measure traffic and see whether pages and request forms are working – which pages get visited and whether a request form is submitted. It is not used to build an advertising profile, and we do not sell this data. Full cookie-level detail and opt-out links are on the cookie policy page.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data to advertisers, and we do not build advertising profiles of visitors.
Retention
Server logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. Request and contact data connected to an active or recent request is kept as long as needed to deliver the service, handle a dispute, and meet any tax or accounting record-keeping obligation that applies to us, then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us to stop processing it, subject to what we are required to keep for the reasons above. Write to [email protected] or use the contact page; we aim to respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
